Sugar free week starts today…

Many of you know that I am gluten free for ethical reasons ( I do not condone the slaughtering of baby glutens to make bread), but it hasn’t always been this way. I originally went GF to prove I could eat a meal not on a bun or wrapped in flour. I was successful, and also found that the horrendous skin condition I’d been struggling with for four years some how had to do with me eating wheat. Needless to say my life improved greatly. My new challenge is no sugar, agave, honey, maple syrup, or anything else wonderful and sweet for a whole week. Oh man, this is going to be mega hard. Wish me luck and I’m sorry if I start to spam your dash with posts about chocolate.
